ABOUT MORGAN
I was horse crazy before I would walk, and if You didn’t know it I would be sure to tell you. This set the stage for my entire life. Paired with following my passion as well as the thought of doing what I love for my occupation slowly formed what has now come to be a program that is known all over Western Canada. If you know me, that’s how it has to be as I don’t do anything half way. Growing up with horses allowed me the opportunity to learn from many, whether it be barrel horse trainers, cow horse trainers, hunter jumpers and even the man himself Ray Hunt when I was a child. Although I was young there are memories and teachings I still hold dearly and use often and is the basis to my program. With a well versed horse family I continued to learn, often being the one getting on the colt I probably shouldn’t, hanging on while I was flagged around the roundpen with a dirt moustache and shit eating grin. These experiences have shaped me into the rider I am today. In my lesson program I use many of the same teachings, although taught in a different way as I don’t think the way I was taught things was particularly text book. I am so blessed to swing a leg over these horses that you all hold so dear to your heart and trust me when I tell you I don’t take it lightly. Your horse is pampered.. hugged and kissed although they are my own. I try to make this transition in their life as smooth as possible whether it be the transition to a new home, transition to becoming a riding horse or just to becoming a respectable one. Thank you so much for considering me, my door is always open, my arena seats always there if you want to come and watch and I’m always down for a visit!
